Thank you, Chitra! Yes, it's a pretty steady din of stressful clickbait everywhere. The algorithms are designed to trigger outrage. Diet can provide some resilience, but it would be terrific to lower the volume out there! Can't we get clicks for wonder and awe instead of anger?

Scott unfortunately we cannot control the outer environment and only somewhat control the inner environment. This means diet as in both food and the mind as well as regular detoxification and rejuvenation for both body and mind. I wish curiosity wonder and awe would motivate us in adulthood… sad it’s not part of our culture. The logical/rational mind has over reached its boundaries.
