I've experimented with rotating ferments (kimchi, kefir) and noticed mood stability improvements that correlate withthe literature on regulatory T cells modulating systemic inflammation. The caveat about SIBO is crucial tho - timing probiotic supplementation around active flares is something alot of wellness advice totally ignores.
